Whilst i understand the problems it would be nice to have an annoucement on the forum expalining refund situations i feel this may quell the fire for the 100s queuing for customer services to ask for refunds

I'm having a problem whenever I try to open the tournament lobby, expecially when playing. If I have the lobby open before the tournament starts it can sometimes take 3 or four minutes for the game window to open and I miss some hands. Hi today at approx 230pm i suffered from black screen,a mysterious enigma,so basically it was like playing poker in the dark,with a motorcycle helmet on .......i dont know how well i did but i think this has happened to a number of people( i was11th in the online chat queue at time) anyone have any help!!!

Re-Sizing Tables
Hey I have recently been using google chrome web browser when opening multiple tables... When I go to mini view each table is much smaller than it should be and has to be re-sized manually.... any way to fix this as it normally works fine with Firefox etc?
