Just played the £500 guaranteed. Limped into 7th place, but quite an achievment. In 2 and a half hours my only paired hole cards were AA (very late on, all-in, no-one took me on) 55 and 77!!

Hi Guys I'm looking to purchase a laptop, mainly to play poker(obviously!) and do a bit of surfing on the interweb. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on what to look out for. Has anyone downloaded skypoker and when your playing a tournament. sometimes you get cutt off because of the internett. when you get back to the table your playing your cards are faced down. how are you to play with your cards face down its a strange one .
