Not keen on that bluff either, you're just repping so little (apart from a missed draw!), and the villain is only sat with 6 quid so is probably gonna be more inclined to go with anything reasonable he has.
Also, the hands where you flop sets, you should mostly still be betting these flops. A lot of the time people will have a hand that can call a bet but unlikely to bet themselves. We miss out on so much value, not to mention giving villains a chance to catch up by letting them see a card for free. There are occasions when slowplaying is fine (preferably in position, or in an already bloated pot etc) but generally just bet bet bet your good hands and don't be scared about losing your customer.
Cheers for the advice, a pain in my game I feel hhyftrftdr, I like to see a cheeky flop and do worry about losing my customers, leaks im trying to fix every session, slowly but surly I hope to get there, looking at the bluff as you say I didn't think this through enough, which I find a little hard in the time given, have another to post if I can find it. but all advice and criticism welcome as I try improve each time and enjoy everyone's point of view on the hands.
sat for an hour and pleyd one hand with orford which he won calling a raise with 96o 
anyway I know its out my roll a little, but when mastercash is on ill play 2 of 20nl so 1x of 40 just the same really. and felt pretty comfortable. took a nice profit about £29 in the hour over about 3/4 hands.

Played last night a few mastercash tables and then sat with orford at 40nl and walked away with a profit, will post hands below, lost a buy in at 10 nl stupidly ill explain with the hand in a min. so back on for some double points, ive well smashed my 'up your game target' and made the most points ever in a month, not much for the regs but plenty for me
Last night they ask what your biggest link was and I find I prob have a few, playing out my means, tryinhg all in sats, playing pretty hands out of position, but when I lost this hand to a reg at the tables, it hit me like lightning,..... my biggest weakness is not folding when I have a strong feeling im behind.

Now this player I see every night, so much so I will stay away from pots with him unless I have a good hand to go with, this is my biggest weakness right here...... I go along with the hand and improve every street, and loving life, the bet comes at the end.... FIRST OFF I think I should just call here, as the full/house is out there, now... I also feel if I raise I know exactly where I am, and if I get re raised I let go.....
I know im beat here, and when I look at the board again I try to think what he has.....I say he doesn't have A5 and stupidly click completely forgetting about sets, I know this player is not reckless and what could I possibly beating that he would re-raise here. this is my weakness.
