YOU ALL NEED TO PLAY ON A MAC. Doesn't have to be an up to date one, if you love playing on Sky invest in one, even a cheap second hand one. The Sky software used has been the same forever and it's not gonna change. I suffered from when I joined in May 2011 until July 2013 when I ditched Microsoft products. On a Mac Sky Poker 'just works.'
Surely loads of Mac users can post and verify this, I know loads enjoying Sky Poker problem free this way.
I was pleased last week with a freeroll and a five pound apology, but I would rather the tables worked.
Anyway something I noticed on tonights cash tables via the download client.
When I click a players name to add/ view notes , thers is a about 1.5 - 2 second delay , its normally instant. Maybe this observation will help any of the people who are trying to sort this.

browser been just as bad trev,played two sats earlier well i say played they were unplayable managed to get dc back for the fr and deepy but the ME wouldnt load untill just anyway onwards n upwards
We are aware of ongoing issues with the site and are doing all we can to resolve them. If your gameplay has been affected please contact customer care who will deal with each contact on a case by case. I will post further once we have more information. But apologies once more for the issues.
played all night with no problem (thats after spending 12mins loading and re loading dc until it loaded up then my tables would not load ,open close ,open close went on for a further 10 mins please sort.....)

After asking for a refund for a sng that I was completely unable to play, I've been told I will not be given one because the problems are at my end!!! What an absolute joke. Live chat even told me I would be refunded if the game failed to load/was unplayable.
I've been advised to 'try an alternative browser', 'refresh my game', 'clear my browsing history'. I don't think that is going to help here.
You are fast losing customers here Sky, nice work.

Also try deleting your save game for Call of Duty..

Thank you for your post and I am sorry that you were unhappy after your conversation with customer care.
I have reviewed your account and credited the appropriate refund.
We are still working on the ongoing issue that is sporadically occuring with the download client. Please note that there are currently no issues whilst playing through the web browser so if you are having an issue with the download client please try the browser.
I HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE AS GOLDNBALLZ YESTERDAY BUT THE LIVE CHAT STAFF WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND REIMBURSED MY BUY INS WITHIN 10 MINUTES. CREDIT WHERE CREDIT'S DUE.
I experienced log-on failures 5-20 times, but when I did get in, I found a miniscule delay but got a reasonable amount of pokerage in, so not nearly as bad as last week, so no complaints really.
