    by making the winning hand win instead of fixing it up twice in 20 mins by having the best hand then lose it its rubbish

       if they broke up the league into tiers, we would really see who is good , 
    we all no that if you throw enough darts at a board you are bound to hit the bulls eye,(ie someone who plays 30 hands an hour) but if it only takes a reasonable player 3 darts to hit the bull .

    but they wont break it up because it would upset the pros / semi pros who play for a living and not just for a bit of entertainment

    Hi F.B.I and others,

    In response to your original query about the league structure, like I said, it has been mentioned before and is a good query, however, we find that any changes we make has a negative affect on at least one group of customer.

    We do reward the top 150 in each discipline, those who come 150th in STT and MTT leagues are both rewarded.

    We find that this is the fairest way and the best way to please as many players as possible.

    hi me again beat all day again just bin beat me ace king all in muppet calls 2 3 not even suited guess wat yep he wins next sit and go same again same player me ace king him nothing he wins do u have players who play 4 sky on this site         and i will be speaking 2 commision 2 moro never won 4 weeks and i can play but as i said well known fact site rewards new players me muppet 4 playing bot i am going 2 keep telling players about site

    Hi shann,

    Sorry to hear your luck is not changing. I can assure you, we are fully a regulated gaming site and in no way do we fix it. Everything is random number generated so we cannot choose which cards will come out.

    We do not have anyone playing on the site from the company unless it is for a special event, for which you will be notified about before.

    sat again all day jordan luk still not changed every time i hav called all in best hand even 2 aces before flop beat every time dont say it is luk just bin in sit and go player at table all in 5 times with worst cards won every time wat chance against that he could not play but rewarded every time wish i had asked if he were new player inever asked if u had anybody from company play is it true you have poker players play 4 sky on these tables jordan yes i agree u can hav a bad run but last 4 weeks are sky trying 2 get rid of me 4 compaining because it seems that way even other players say they cant beleive my rrun of cards ps sorry about spelling lol

    Shann mate, as you've proved poker can be an emotional game at times & absolutely everyone goes through bad runs where they couldn't hit a card to save their life, yet it seems that everyone else will hit runners just to wind you up. Sometimes it's just variance & sometimes it's really bad play that's set up the situation.

    Just as a suggestion, why not post up some of these hands that you're losing with in the poker clinic? That way others can look through them & give valuable advice as to what went wrong & where. And the best thing about it is that ALL of the advice is FREE!! 

    Just remember that it's very easy to blame the site for losses & it's a far more difficult thing to look at our own game & admit we make mistakes. Give it a try mate, you never know what little tricks & tips you might pick up.

    In Response to What improvements would you make to the site? : Some good points there silentbob.  More detailed Hand History functionality is due to be launched in the very near future; with further HH developments to follow on.  Omaha is on the development roadmap also, but there are a number of other items that we'd like to improve or upgrade with the existing site, before introducing new games.  The time bank question is also something we are aware of.  One of the considerations in televising the Open, is the need to get the tournament completed within the programme time frame.  Increasing the time bank available might require us to speed up the structure to finish before coming off air.  Not sure how you guys would view that?

    yes indeed some valid points have been made known, and i would agree that the site needs to make a few
    improvements. more detailed hh is def needed so as players can look back to see how they can improve their
    game. the time bank needs to be increased to allow the more dedicated player to be able to play more tables at
    one time. i find im getting folded on too often because the 15 secs is not enough. but freerolls ? now there is a sector that needs to be looked at big time, what are u meant to do with your points, i agree strongly that you should add bigger freerolls so u can use the points up, or maybe u could introduce points entry into other games such as satelitte qualifiers ???????????.

    I enjoy this site more than most but point 1 is my biggest frustration and prevents me from playing any significant volume.

    1, Enable manual resize of tables to assist multi tabling.
    2, Time bank option rewarding players good etiquette.
    3, 9 seated games.
    4, More satellites to live events. (DTD Monthly/Palm Beach etc)

    This site is below the standards set by others.

    There is no option to choose a preset seat.
    There is no option to autorebuy in cash games.
    The software is buggy.
    The live chat support take 10 minutes for every response!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
    There is no custom avatars.
    My preferences for table filters keep resetting everytime i close down the software.

    Welcome to the site, it not the norm, at least not for me most of the time unfortunately lol.  Seriously though it can happen that players do get hot runs, I once had 8 pocket pairs dealt to me in a row in one tournanment, but that is iquite often followed by a VERY cold run.  I believe its called variance.

    Hi everyone,

    Thanks as always for the suggestions.

    Just to begin with: Shann-I would advise you to contact Customer Care with your problems here. As I have mentioned, we are a completely regulated site which is not in our benefit to fix the tables. We do not have people from Sky playing on the tables (unless it is part of a promotion, for example, Sky Santa etc)
    I am sorry to hear you are not having fun at the tables but I can assure there is no cheating going on.

    Roadkill70- Private tables has been mentioned before and it is something we will be implementing. Unfortunately, this may not be for a while yet as it is quite a big job administritatevly.

    hannahdad- Thanks for the suggestions. The points situation has been mentioned many times. We have done as much as we can to allow you to make the most of your points. Freerolls, Cash for Points and the recently intorduced 'Priority Club' allows you to do this.

    blehh- We have introduced rebuys where we feel it is necessary but these may change and branch out to cash games in the future.
