played this hand and got accused of being a donk for how i played it. i feel i played the hand ok, bearing in mind i was the raiser. maybe the bet on the river when it was checked to me made was a slight error with the flush coming on the river, but surely if he had made the flush he would have bet?????

Nice hand: - Flopping a set from pocket 6s to beat top pair and an overpair, taking out two players in the 1st hand of the DYM.

Can't make my mind up whether or not I should have shoved instead of raising after the flop though.

basically i had QQ blinds 50 100 leepy raises up to 300
i flat call with my QQ, flop comes 2d Q Kd i bet think 3/4 pot, he flats on me
turn comes another diamond so i shoved all in, he calls for the rest of his 915 chips
he shows AD 6 river comes JD he gets nut flush
just wondering how he can call all his chips off with A high surely he should of folded on the flop?i put him on AQ or AJ as he check called me all the way so thought he either had second pair or on a draw, should i of folded on the turn or shoved all in on the flop? pls let me know thanks

i figured in most cases the oppo would have a flush draw or top pair and knew i was unlucky if i was beat in this spot. with that in mind i guess i would have been wrong to fold?

Have a look at this one for a big action flop and a spectacular result.

We were down to 3 handed from 10 starters in a SnG Bounty Hunter.

I loved the flop, but checked knowing that Biggs10 would open the betting with any 2 cards, a bet I intended to re-raise. When THFC4EVA came along for the ride too I decided to squeeze-shove, happy to either take the 1800 already in the pot or take my chances against a caller with such a draw heavy hand. What happened next speaks for itself!

hi hand no281138428 in 22 deep stack on 16th august about 21 30 . id tried a couple of  dodgy moves just before this and had to fold to big re raises from this guy . Then i picked up the rockets which i flat called.flop came down aaq i think i didnt even look at third card  i  checked it knowing hed try and push me again with big bet could not belive he went all in lol . set me up nicely for rest of tournie .. as at 1 time early i was down to 600 chips . finished third in end

Basically I flopped a gut shot straight and the nut flush, re-raised to about 50p to make them think i wasn't on a draw, flush came on the turn. I had the nut flush, the person moves all in, i instantly call, and unfortunately, typical of the river, he hits a full house!! I don't think their was much i did wrong, maybe a pre-flop raise if i didn't do so to get hands like K3 off maybe??? Can't remember whether i did raise it pre-flop or not. Your views would be appreciated. Thanks

but I slow played the flop as I hit the set, but then was re-raised to check my hand strength? or was it a flush draw which caused him to push £39 in? 

If he was that committed into the pot why didn't he continue, so was it a bluff? should i have played a little weaker to get his money in? and get the maximum double up?

any advice would be great, thanks!

Basically, I was big blind 600. It folds all the way round to sm blind who raises 3x to 1200. He has about 11k stack i have about 13k stack. I reraise all in .. How can he possibly call with his hand?

Am i being unrasonable to think his hand is far too poor to call an all in ? What could he possibly put me on if im reraising him all in? At worst A 10?

Basically 3 players at table, one player greonible (i think) was betting big and playing everyhand, the other was quite tight but bet sizes where very odd at times.
We all got to flop for very cheap, i flopped a str8 draw and so did one other however greonible flopped the str8 but because of his betting in recent hands his bet size was not believable. Turn then gave me and the other player our str8 but i had an over card which gave me a higher str8! However he now drew a flush draw aswell! I shoed and was followed by both others and the siamond didnt come on the river and i ended up emptying the table of around £60

I was well stacked and called. flop came 88ten. villain raised to 1.50, well with two pair  I called knowing  I could be behind, but also aware he could be calling with over cards only. the turn came blank. he checked so i checked. river came 3 giving me full house. after this i recieved some abuse calling me a fish!! he maintains i should not have called the flop with 2 pair. I think he was wrong to check the turn. any decent bet i would have folded. any opinions?? Sorry slight error. flop came dowm 858. not 88ten. but the principle remains

I have already won about 20 quid off this player and he was on tilt!

I was big bling and was ready to fold pre flop until i saw only him in the hand with the same raise as the past 10 hands lol so called hit two pair! He made follow up bet so i shoved which he called, i think this hand will be good to show as it will show new players what tilt can do and that u should walk away rather than have to walk away as you have nothing to play with anymore

Now he said he had pocket kings if so he made the most incredible fold right at the end of the hand.
Pot was 48 quid in the end so he had put over £20 in then folded with about 10 quid in hand??!
Very odd play if he really had kings please check
