For reasons known to me I'm on the following:
Open De France
Bernd Wiesberger - 33/1, Also 35/1 for FRL, based on past history where Bernd seems to compete here for three rounds and then has a final round mare.
Brendan Steele - 33/1
Kristoffer Broberg - 66/1
Greenbrier
Seung Yul Noh - 70/1
Chris Stroud - 66/1
Patrick Rodgers - 66/1
Oh and might as well confess, I've had ew singles and double on Mr. Willett and Mr. Delaet t 28/1 and 33/1 respectively, not some much strong fancies for the week, but favorites of mine I like to see do well.
With Bernd Wiesberger tying for the lead on day 1, it already meant a decent profit for the week, so the outright win was really one of those icing on the cake situations.
With little to no course form in Scotland this week, Jordan Spieth a hot favorite at the John Deere and it being a week before The Open it looks like a tough challenge to find a winner or place this week.

Shane Lowry - 28/1, very impressive tied 9th in the US Open, taken the last 2 weeks off, should be ready for a big 2 weeks, excellent links game, even at 28/1 feels like decent ew value.
Victor Dubuisson - 50/1, coming off his first consecutive top 20's of the season, ok didn't come away with much credit on the final day of the Open de France, but looks to be coming into form nicely. Neil will be hoping he is coming into form nicely for next week, with such a strong short game, I'll mischievously suggest Victor could just peak with a victory this week.
Tyrell Hatton - 66/1, Mark Warren - 66/1, not a particular fan of either, but can see them both having a good week, I couldn't decide which player I 'liked' most, so ended up backing both.
Thomas Aitken - 110/1, bit of a gut feeling here, he's played a light schedule so far, but sits a healthy 43rd in the R2D rankings. Aitken has links form and looks too big at 3 figures.
John Deere
Unlike Neil, I don't particularly like this event, probably as I have a knack for ignoring the obvious and pass over players like Spieth, Johnson, Stricker and even Kisner.
Ryan Moore - 25/1, loads of good course form, but not a past winner, which I guess is why he can be backed at a decent ew price of 25/1.
Patrick Rodgers - 80/1, in a weak field and at 80/1 I figured he's worth another chance as he finds his feet on tour.
Harris English - 40/1, if the course specialists don't perform, English is the type of player in this field that could take advantage.
David Hearn - 66/1, lost in a playoff last week and lost here is a playoff in 2013 to that Spieth bloke.
Justin Thomas - 33/1, I didn't see much of the PGA golf last week, but I did see the last couple of hours on Sunday and the mess Thomas made of his last round, you could see he was seething at the end, young enough and fearless enough to quickly get over the disappointment and go again.

Three days to go and it can't come quickly enough for me.
I will be doing some up to date research and theorizing over the next couple of days to come up with a current pick or two, but for now, my ante post bets have been:
Danny Willett - 200/1, never mind what a win would mean to Danny Willett, a win for Willett would give me the biggest win of my life. I kept taking the 200/1 until the bookies told me I was being selfish and greedy and couldn't have any more.
Top quality links player, runner up in Dunhill Links, with very good form around St Andrews, having a great season, I will be having savers on Willett for a top 10 and top 20 finish and maybe even top English, GB and Ireland or European.
Branden Grace - 150/1, I took the 150/1 in January. Thanks to his exploits at Chamber Bay the price now looks very good indeed. Proven links player who has won the Dunhill Links.
Martin Kaymer - 40/1, I backed Kaymer once at 40/1 in January, at the time I was of the mind that the price wouldn't be around for long, but a poor few months, meant he was pretty friendless in the ante post markets. Glimpses of form recently has seen some interest in Kaymer, especially as he has some excellent from at St Andrews. Still available at 40/1.
Victor Dubuission - 66/1, 80/1, hmm, when I was thinking Willett, Grace and Kaymer, the forums number one tipster was shouting Victor for reasons I couldn't disagree with, so with Flash also jumping on board, I decided to join the Victor club. Found a bit of form just in time, though on yesterdays performance, he is going to have to keep his temperament under control if he is going to challenge this week.
Graeme Mcdowell - 125/1, I've shown great resolve and left GMac alone for a while, going on his form this year that's not been too hard to do.
But a promising first two days at the Scottish Open, challenged my weakness for GMac and seeing as this resemblance of form coincided with Sky offering 7 places, I just had to add GMac to the plan.

Good draw, going off in the third group on Thursday morning when conditions are forecast to me their most benign.

Brandt Snedeker - 45/1, ticks a lot of the appropriate boxes this week.
Bernd Wiesberger - 90/1, his win in France two weeks ago was very impressive, as has his overall form this year.
Went out in the last group on Sunday of the PGA Championship last year, his Open record is not so hot, but he has played well around St Andrews in the Dunhill Links. Went on record as saying he likes St Andrews and thinks his game suits the course.
Won the Ballentines Championship in 2012 which is a renowned windy venue, his results, recent history and current form remind me very much of the position Graeme Mcdowell was in coming into the 2010 US Open at Pebble Beach.
Just recovered from the weekends disappointment. Note to ones self...... If u spout off about something, at least follow your shi@e through!!!

An (recent major ish - Wentworth, and ok links form) 100/1, top 7. Also FRL ew 80/1
I'm having one special bet, it's Blubba in the top USA market. 16/1 ew (1/4 odds top 4), cracking value imo.
