i was in the 6000bh qualifier at 2.35pm today...was sitting in 3rd place when the table froze,and no matter how many times i tried to re-load,it just kept on buffering until my stack went down to nil.this is just not good enough sky,money thrown away yet again....

Technical issue
When i register a tornament, and it begins the screen comes up. It loads, but I never get to the game. The loading screen just carrys on until the tornament is over. Any recommendations on how to sort this out? Thanks in advance

I can access the site through a web browser, but the download is playing up this morning. I have full internet access can stream movies etc, but cant use the download. Anyone else got the same prob? Last month you payed out on the 5th for cash for points, are you going to do the same in march, thought this was a brill idea and gave players a good start towards the winter games comp.. Sitting at too many tables
I like to play heads up. Whenever I look for a table I find one person is on each table but she always sits out rather than play. I once found her on 6 tables so I wont play with her anymore. Surely nobody should be allowed to occupy so many tables when they clearly are not there. Any comments would be appreciated

random floating cards
has anyone else had these ghostly cards floating across the table, during the last week? also all players on my table still had their cards whilst only myself and one opponent were still in the hand. wierd and very offputting. plz get rid of the beeping during gameplay.

Tables Beeping
Suddenly today even tough alerts are turned off there is a beep every time player makes a bet. I have turned sound off now but makes multi tabling very hard not hearing card sound. Anyone else had problem?

Disconnection - Timer
I would like to request additional time to log back in when you disconnect. If the software notices you aren't connected it should allow you a little extra time, maybe 30seconds?? Thanks

on sng's when you hit the play again option if there are no tables available there's no message to see you havent been reg'd for another table. if you're multitabling this is annoying because you dont want to be checking back to the lobby to see if you're reg'd or not.
