172 left, our hero guarnteed$2,888 Brits falling all around though, as well as Grafton we've lost Roberto Romanello, Saman Turker (from Ryan's table) & Jonathan Beck already.
In amongst all the Scotty-love, the series is continuing with the other events as well!
WSOP38 - $2500 4-Max NLH - 566 entrants This one is "in the books" as our American friends might say, with the bracelet and $309,000 heading to Justin Oliver in an other bracelet for Canada. Nick Schwarmann finished second, Jared Jaffee third and John Juanda fifth (after losing in a double elimination on the final-table bubble). As mentioned yesterday, Stephen Chidwick was best of the Brits in 9th place.
Updates on the ongoing events later (including WSOP39 which is currently down to 4 players)
Well done Ryan, finishing in 22nd place for just over $15 grand. Just fails to beat Redmond's 21st in the ME a couple of years ago as the highest WSOP finish for a Sky player (although I stand to be corrected on that one!)
21 remain overnight with Chilean Nicolas Fierro regaining the chip lead he had at the start of the day right at the end of the day. Allen Cunningham lies 5th with Kara Scott 13th. How good for poker would a Kara Scott bracelet win be?

If Ryan survives one more elimination, he will have locked up $12,223
