Would it be possible to add an ignore option to not see chat from people you would rather not? Currently if someone being a pain only option is to navigate away from chat window entirely

Download issues over the last few days
I have noticed a couple of small issues in the last couple of days. 1) When you reg for Tournies, they don't always highlight that you have done. 2) Whilst playing a few games, sometimes the lobbies don't always open. On chrome if that makes any difference.

The 500 Poker Points awarded on registration
When we use points to enter tournaments do the points come out of our free 500 points we got for signing up or do the points come out of our points balance we have earnt.

No tables
I can't access any tables. Whether I choose tournament, sit and go or cash games, there are no tables appearing for me to play. Using 8.1 and IE 11. Any ideas? I can select game type, tournament type etc, no matter what I put, it just says 'we are unable to find tables to meet your filters', no matter what I select. Thanks

problems using a mobile device AKA it's doing my head in
is it just meor does every time your mobile connection flips from data to wifi or back when traveling you get logged out mid post and lose the lot :-(sky can you please stop doing this.

Seems to happen far to frequently lately, lagged out of tourney when in good position for over half an hour, 4k chips lost though no fault of my own, when will this be rectified?

Thank you Sky for finally giving us the option to mute individual players while they are at the table but I feel it needs to go a step further. All I want to ask is when I mute a player individually then why is that player not muted when he is on the rail? It's unfair to have to turn off all rail chat for the sake of 1 or…

Freebuy breaks suggestion....
playing multiple tournements and realised the freebuy break last night (i guess about 8pm ish) to rebuy is a 3 minute break that doesnt line up with the other games breaktimes making it hard to line up necessary visits ;) maybe worth a look at lining up a 5 min break at the same times.

Tip for enhancing table performance
Hi allI've been tweaking with my settings at the table today and have come across a big performance gain. Basically I went into settings, then "display" then "table options" and then try turning off avatars. I've done this and noticed an improvement in the general smoothness of play when using my laptop
