Cannot register for winterwonderland giveaway
so i cool off for a couple of weeks after my run in with customer service. i timed my return so my first mtt back would be the winter wonderland. sure i wouldn't be in the ultimate, but maybe the middle one. but no - it won't let me register for any of them, and no reply from customer service. might just need to go away…

am I the only person who has qualified for the ultimate and super freerolls but cant get entered ,ive been on chat 3 times and every time fobbed off with excuses , sky supposed to phone me about this out 3 times ,tried phoning had the same problem no member of the poker teams available.
