If you shove allin, then chatbox "99", "JJ" or whatever....(wheter it be true or not) Is it frowned up,blatently not allowed or all part of the fun ?

Ok on everyones profile it says Recommend and if you've been lucky enough to be recommended what does it actually mean? Also can you find out who recommended you too? Have 5 people who have been mad enough to recommend me, not a clue why though.
