Fold Equity and Showdown Value. Hi I often hear these two terms on Sky Poker Channel. I am a fairly experienced player but still don't get these two terms. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks, George.

Somehow iv lucked my bankroll up over the past few days to 1 in which i can compete at nl50 played a couple of hours so far and it seems to be ok lots of rocks. I can't help but think this is one of my major leaks at the moment, dripping money away unnecessarily.
